Job Description:

• Responsible for developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers for FA component businesses.

• Geographical area of coverage includes ASEAN countries (Mainly Singapore and Malaysia)

• Develop sales and marketing strategies and implement sales plans to achieve sales growth objectives and drive revenue.

• Identify potential new markets and expand customer base and extends the company’s regional reach.

• Generate new sales leads, build channel base, manage dealers, distributors and other channel partners, build strong relationships with consultants and contractors etc.

• Actively involved in commercial and technical discussions with customers together with the engineering team; gather customers’ feedback for further product improvement and uncover emerging opportunities.

• Identify customer preferences, conduct competitors’ activities in the territory and keep abreast of the industrial market trend.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or related technical qualification.

• Strong sales background in the related industry, HVAC or Data Centres.

• Min 1 year related experience in a similar industry.

• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply

• Proven sales track record and ability to drive sales processes from plan to deal closure.

• Strong business sense with industry expertise.

• Knowledge of AC Drives is a plus

• Self-driven with a strong customer-oriented mindset, ability to interface and manage internal/external stakeholders
