Location : Islandwide Outlets Available

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 + OT Pay

Working Hours

• 5 Days Work Week (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)

• Shift Hours: 10:00AM – 10:00PM.

Cafe Captain Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional and attentive customer service to guests

• Provide recommendations on menu items, beverages, and desserts

• Ensure smooth day-to-day service operations and guest satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the dining area

• Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally

• Support daily opening and closing operations

Cooks Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards within the kitchen

• Support mise en place and daily kitchen preparation

• Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu execution and kitchen operations

• Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage

Requirements

• Candidates with relevant café, restaurant, or hospitality experience are preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive attitude with good customer service orientation

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays

• Team player with a willingness to learn

• Supervisory experience will be advantageous for Supervisor position
