Semicon NPI Senior / Engineer - #1160132

Job Summary

Review and evaluate new product designs for manufacturability and process integration.

Qualify new BOMs, materials, tools, equipment, and processes for eWLB products.

Support engineering builds and qualification lots across eWLB Pre-assembly, Reconstitution (Recon), RDL, and Backend processes.

Ensure high standards of quality, yield, and productivity for all new product introductions.

Responsibilities

Sustain and continuously improve assigned eWLB processes, serving as the technical expert in your area.

Ensure all new products meet customer-specific requirements across process stages.

Drive smooth transition from engineering qualification to Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).

Conduct process optimization and engineering evaluations using DOE methodologies and JMP analysis tools.

Support qualification of new and alternative materials, tools, and equipment.

Review and enhance FMEA, OCAP, and Control Plans to improve yield and assembly performance.

Participate in cost reduction and process efficiency initiatives during engineering builds.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).

Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, Program Management, or Process Engineering within the semiconductor industry.

Strong hands-on approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication, teamwork, and project management capabilities.
