Job Responsibilities

  • Process retail/consignment order and generate delivery orders

  • Handling & issue documents for GRN (Goods Return)

  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and timing for delivery

  • Coordinate and provide Administrative support to sales teams

  • Manage customer enquiry on their orders

  • Data-entry duties, filing and records

  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned


Requirement

  • 5 day work week

  • Transport provided to & fro at Yew Tee MRT

  • Medical benefits / insurance

  • Working hour : Weekday 8am to 5.30pm

  • Possess Min ITE /N / O Level

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
