Job Responsibilities
Process retail/consignment order and generate delivery orders
Handling & issue documents for GRN (Goods Return)
Ensure orders are processed accurately and timing for delivery
Coordinate and provide Administrative support to sales teams
Manage customer enquiry on their orders
Data-entry duties, filing and records
Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirement
5 day work week
Transport provided to & fro at Yew Tee MRT
Medical benefits / insurance
Working hour : Weekday 8am to 5.30pm
Possess Min ITE /N / O Level
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
