Job Details:
Location: West
Duration: 6 months (extendable depending on business needs and experience)
Pay: Up to $5400 (depending on experience + qualification)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative and logistical arrangements for student events and activities.

  • Respond promptly to student-related enquiries and requests.

  • Compile, maintain, and collate accurate data and statistics for reporting and audit purposes.

  • Support faculty and instructors with appointments, approvals, agreements, payments, and classroom-related requests.

  • Assist with timetabling and course administration tasks.

  • Process student reimbursements, monitor student activity budgets, and prepare related reports.

  • Handle procurement and coordination of logistics, including catering and transportation services.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in student event management, student administration in a higher educational institution preferred.

  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, systematic, and organized with strong administrative skills.

  • Good team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible in adjusting and responding to changing priorities; and able to work independently.

  • Skilled at planning, organizing, multitasking and project management, with a strong customer orientation.

  • Outgoing personality and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Willing to support occasional evening and weekend events when required.

  • Singaporeans Only.
