Location: West
Duration: 6 months (extendable depending on business needs and experience)
Pay: Up to $5400 (depending on experience + qualification)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri office hours
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage administrative and logistical arrangements for student events and activities.
Respond promptly to student-related enquiries and requests.
Compile, maintain, and collate accurate data and statistics for reporting and audit purposes.
Support faculty and instructors with appointments, approvals, agreements, payments, and classroom-related requests.
Assist with timetabling and course administration tasks.
Process student reimbursements, monitor student activity budgets, and prepare related reports.
Handle procurement and coordination of logistics, including catering and transportation services.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in student event management, student administration in a higher educational institution preferred.
Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, systematic, and organized with strong administrative skills.
Good team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible in adjusting and responding to changing priorities; and able to work independently.
Skilled at planning, organizing, multitasking and project management, with a strong customer orientation.
Outgoing personality and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Willing to support occasional evening and weekend events when required.
