ey Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Logistics Operations

• Manage end-to-end order fulfilment for local, export, import, and APAC drop shipment orders

• Coordinate with sales teams, planners, warehouses, forwarders, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries

• Consolidate orders and optimise logistics activities for cost efficiency and operational effectiveness

• Monitor shipment status, shipping documentation, and customer requirements to ensure smooth execution

• Manage import shipments, including isotank deliveries, customs clearance, and demurrage minimisation

• Prepare shipping documentation, insurance documents, and support Letter of Credit (LC) transactions

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with warehouses, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors

• Monitor transporter and forwarder performance to maintain service quality and cost competitiveness

• Support weekly operational reviews with regional stakeholders to resolve shipment and supply issues

Inventory & Reporting

• Ensure timely goods receipt processing (GRN) and maintain inventory accuracy

• Support stock counts and inventory-related activities

• Prepare operational reports including OTIF, open order tracking, and shipment updates

Process Improvement & Support

• Support Green Project logistics activities and special projects

• Verify logistics invoices for timely payment processing

• Provide backup support across logistics functions including exports, local deliveries, inventory, and tolling activities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related disciplines

• Experience in import/export operations, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination

• Familiarity with LC documentation, customs procedures, and freight operations is preferred

• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across regional teams

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
