Technical Manager, Video Management System - #1160108

As the Technical Manager for Video Management System Integration, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of integration design, development, and deployment of video management systems. Your primary focus will be on Milestone system integration with SDK, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Integration Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and design integration solutions that meet their needs. Develop comprehensive integration plans and technical specifications.
- Development: Lead a team of developers to implement integration solutions using Milestone SDK and other relevant technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of development tasks.
- Deployment: Manage the deployment process, including system testing, configuration, and implementation. Work closely with clients to ensure smooth deployment and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure that integration solutions meet performance, reliability, and security standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, user manuals, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure that documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on the use of integration solutions. Address technical inquiries and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in video management systems and integration technologies. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our integration solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical roles, with a focus on video management system integration.
- Strong proficiency in Milestone system integration, with hands-on experience using Milestone System SDK.
- Extensive knowledge of video management systems, video analytics, and related technologies.
- Experience leading development teams and managing complex integration projects from inception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with video-related protocols and video compression standard such as RTSP, H.264, and others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
