About the Role

At JP Concept, we’re looking for a passionate Interior Designer who is driven by creativity, detail, and the desire to see their ideas come to life in real spaces. If you enjoy fast-paced projects and want to build a strong portfolio in the F&B and retail scene, this role is for you.

This is a full-time position based in Paya Lebar.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, brand, and operational needs

• Conceptualise and develop creative, functional design proposals

• Produce design drawings (space planning, elevations, 3D visualisations)

• Be involved in the full project lifecycle — from concept to completion

• Source materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that bring concepts to life

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during project execution

• Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule

• Be hands-on with site visits and see your designs get built

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field

• 1+ year of relevant experience (fresh grads with strong portfolios are welcome)

• Good sense of design, spatial planning, and materials

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

• Passion for F&B / Retail / hospitality design is a plus
