As an Air Export Operations Executive supporting daily freight forwarding operations. In this role, you will coordinate air export shipments, handle airline bookings, prepare export documentation, and liaise with customers, airlines, and overseas agents to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo.

The Job:

• Coordinate daily air export operations with customers, airlines, and internal departments.
• Handle airline bookings and ensure compliance with airline procedures and requirements.
• Monitor daily shipment orders and prepare a full set of export shipping documents.
• Prepare and send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and destination agents.
• Print and prepare HAWB, MAWB, and cargo manifest for submission to airlines.
• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and liaise with overseas agents.
• Process billing for local deliveries, verify vendor invoices, and issue invoices to customers and agents.
• Scan and archive operational documents into the Kendox system.

The Talent:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Candidates with freight forwarding or logistics experience will have an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
