We are looking for a part-time (half day) Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks ensuring efficient office operations. This role supports managers and team members by handling documentation, scheduling, coordination, and general office administration.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support (filing, data entry, document preparation)
Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or stakeholders for billing submission & application approval.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital)
Oversee document control and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards
Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and workflows
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.)
