We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee corporate office fit out projects as well as building reinstatement works. This role involves managing the project lifecycle from planning and design coordination through to delivery and handover, ensuring that both office environments and reinstated spaces meet requirements, regulatory standards, and budget expectations.
Corporate Office Fit Out Projects
Plan and manage office fit out works, including design development, procurement, and construction phases.
Coordinate with designers, consultants, and contractors to deliver functional workplaces.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with building codes.
Manage budgets, track costs, evaluate variations, and implement cost control measures.
Building Reinstatement Project
Lead reinstatement works to return premises to original or specified conditions as required by statutory agencies.
Oversee demolition, make good works, restoration activities and ensure compliance with lease requirements and building standards.
Liaise with property managers, statutory agencies and contractors to ensure smooth handover.
Control timelines and costs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
General Project Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication.
Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage contract administration and variations.
Conduct post project evaluations and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years' experience in managing fit out and reinstatement projects.
Demonstrated experience with government procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems and reinstatement procedures.
Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
