Quantity Surveyor (Cross-border Specialist) - #1160042

We are seeking an experienced quantity surveyor to support our operations in the construction industry at HG Works Pte Ltd. Candidates are responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, tender preparation, contract administration, and cost control across various construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager.

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

• Evaluate and manage subcontractor quotations, procurement, and cost control.

• Prepare progress claims, payment certifications, and final accounts.

• Monitor project expenditures, track variations, and ensure cost control measures are in place.

• Assist the contracts manager in all related work.

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for procurement and material selection.

• Conduct site measurements and valuations and maintain proper documentation of all contract-related matters.

Working schedule & Salary package:

• 5 days working per week, Monday–Friday (10 am–6 pm)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in private residential buildings, A&A, and landed house projects, preferably with a main contractor.

• Experience in construction quantity surveying is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost control skills.

• Familiarity with contract administration (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC) and cost management is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
