Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and marketing strategies.
• Achieve annual sales targets.
• Deliver detailed product demonstrations, trainings, proposals, and technical documentation tailored to client requirements.
• Provide technical support.
• Collaborate with inter-company departments on all sales or technical aspects.
• Prepare detailed reports and forecasts to the management.
• Execute any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities which the Company may assign from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fire suppression or industrial safety systems preferably with CAD design experience.
• Strong knowledge of fire suppression technologies including liquid agent, foam, gas, and powder systems.
• Proven experience in technical sales and engineering roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset and consultative approach to customer engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, engineering, and product teams.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with strong communication skills to liaise effectively with Chinese counterparts.
• Willing to travel regionally.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in selling to mining and construction mobile machinery, seaports (mobile equipment), public bus fleet owners and manufacturers, power generation or refinery.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
