OPERATION EXECUTIVE - #1159973

We are looking for a hands-on, proactive, and motivated Operations Executive to support and enhance our daily logistics and supply chain operations. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating movement, and ensuring smooth workflows — you'll fit right in!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations across hubs.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and drivers for timely deliveries.

• Troubleshoot delivery or transportation issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage stock levels and support retail outlets on stock movement and replenishment.

• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of goods and transportation flows.

• Plan and delegate order processing across hubs to ensure efficiency.

• Prepare logistics and operational reports when required.

• Ensure compliance with operational safety and regulatory standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or any related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to liaise with stakeholders.

• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced
