Job Responsibilities

• To provide sales department by providing cost of LV switch board

• Keep proper filling and records of quoted projects & single line diagrams

• Manage & upkeep of K3 & E-flow system.

• Fill in technical specifications for tender bidding

• Fill in schedules of rates for tender bidding

• Determine the amount, type, and cost of materials require foreach tender bidding & awarded M&E projects

• Determine the potential profitability of each M&E projects to assist management in making sound bidding decisions

• Providing viable solutions to increase project profitability

• Completing & submitting competitive project bids in accordance with specifications & requirements

• Regularly updating cost database in K3 system to accurately reflect fluctuating material & labour costs

• Ensure timely completion of quotation requested by sales department

• Ensure completion of quotation before tender closing date

Job Requirements

• ITE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Any Electrical field)

• Must be able to understand single line drawing (Electrical)
