Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to manage daily installation schedules and coordinate installation activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and arrange daily installation schedules
Coordinate with customers, installers and suppliers on installation appointments
Monitor installation progress and ensure timely completion
Handle schedule changes and resolve operational issues promptly
Follow up on pending installations and outstanding matters
Update and maintain installation records and schedules
Provide timely updates to customers regarding installation arrangements
Ensure smooth daily operations and coordination between all parties
Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong coordination and communication skills
Good time management and organisational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, operations or customer service is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
