Accounting Functions:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, Fixed assets register

2. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations

3. Perform monthly closing of entity accounts and preparation of financial statements

4. Prepare quarterly GST report

AR Functions:

1. Perform prompt daily invoice processing in ERP system (Netsuite) for SG and MY and JP

2. Monitor month-end Accounts Receivable status and reconciliation

3. Follow-up on delinquent outstanding/ rejected invoices with Odyssey Sales team/ customers’ AP departments

HR Functions:

1. Recruitment and Selections

2. Compliance and Legal Responsibilities

3. Professional Training and Development

4. Leave Applications

5. Staff Wellness and Welfare Benefits

7. Employee Medical Insurance Plan and Health Screening

8. Employee Handbook and Policy

Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting / ACCA or its other equivalent

2. Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience

3. Good employment and legal knowledge to ensure compliance with regulations under MOM, Income Tax, CPF and other statutory requirements

1. Strong communication skills, with good spoken and written English

2. Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet applications

3. Meticulous, Self-driven with great initiative, Independent

4. Positive mindset with multi-tasking capability

5. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling all HR information
