E-commerce Operations Assistant ( Shopee / Tiktok) - #1159853

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our Shopee, TikTok & other online Shop platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop stores.

• Create, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions.

• Process customer orders, coordinate fulfillment, and monitor delivery status.

• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales issues promptly.

• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, vouchers, and promotional activities.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates with the warehouse team.

• Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.

• Ensure product information, images, and content are accurate and up to date.

• Support live selling activities and content uploads when required.

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and e-commerce operations.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Able to multitask and work independently.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
