3PL Logistics

Salary: Basic Up $2800 + AWS + VB

Working hours: 5 Day, 8am - 5.30pm

Work Location: West (Company transport provided from Nearest MRT)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shipping operations and shipment coordination

  • Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, DO, and bills of lading

  • Coordinate with customers, warehouse teams, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers

  • Arrange courier bookings, shipment tracking, and delivery follow-ups

  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company SOPs, and safety requirements

  • Investigate shipment issues, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel, SAP, and Outlook

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations

  • Experience in import/export documentation is an advantage
    Familiar with Incoterms and basic customs procedures

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
