Site Manager (Refinery) /Heavy Equipment /Up to $6,500 @Pioneer
Oversee site activities by review work plans, monitor deployment & alignment with project timelines.
Anticipate delays and coordinate effective solutions with relevant parties.
Lead safety inspections, audits, and site meetings. Maintain documentation for safety/site operations.
Timely closure of safety observations and maintain compliance with regulations/policies.
Supervise workers, conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication of expectations.
Contact point for client/stakeholders, providing regular updates & addressing issues promptly.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and work processes.
Experience in site management within an industrial/refinery setting with safety certifications.
2. Safety Coordinator /Heavy Equipment /Up to $5,000 @Pioneer
Conduct WSH training to workers, enforce WSH regulations.
Assist in accident and incident investigations.
Participate in Risk Assessment / Job Safety Analysis.
Experience in heavy Lifting operation and familiar with WSH Act and legislation.
Possess WSH Level B, Lifting Supervisors Safety Course, Oil & petrochemical safety supervisor course.
Knowledge in Familiar with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 is advantageous.
3. Operation Executive (Heavy Equipment) /5.5 days /Up to $4,000 @Pioneer
Assist running of daily operations including planning of work schedules & deployment of manpower.
Monitor works & performance of onsite teams to achieve service excellence & smooth operation.
Liaise and follow up with internal/external parties to ensure works are carried out.
Experience in deployment of crane/manpower with supervisory skills.
4. Mobile/Lorry Crane Operator /5.5 days /Up to $5,000 @Pioneer
Provide lifting services at clients’ sites as per the deployment schedule.
Conduct site assessment to ensure condition is safe for lifting operations.
Risk assessment of the surroundings to ensure loading/unloading operations can be carried out.
Daily and weekly inspection of crane to ensure safe for operations.
Ensure crane is in clean/good condition with valid LM certificate and insurance before assignment.
Ensure crane with valid lifting gears with valid LG certificate.
Hand the duly signed DO / Timesheet to Operation Department upon completion of job.
Report breakdown of crane / accident / customers’ feedbacks to Operation Department
