Job Scope:
Provide technical support via phone, WhatsApp and email
Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance works
Liaise with vendors on technical issues and escalations
Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers
Support internal product repair and testing
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or IT related field
Min 4 years relevant experience
Good communication and presentation skills
