QA Technician / 5 days / Electronics / Entry /Junior / $2.8K - #1159824

Responsibilities:

• Execute Incoming Quality Check, Quality In-Process and Outgoing Quality Check, per assigned task.

• Provide Job status and Inspection report findings to Team Leads/ Management.

• Support in the final verification process prior to job approval and job receipt.

• Provide guidance to colleagues and mentor new hires.

• Assist in generating checklist for FA projects and sustaining projects.

• Support in the preparation and issuance of related DMR/ CAR.

• Communicate Quality Alerts when applicable.

• Perform complete FA dimensional checks.

• Assist with Supplier Site source inspection, Audit and Report documentation.

• Mechanically inclined and hands-on individual.

• Produce quality work on time, ensure associates observe in-line quality protocols.

• Performing other duties as assigned, including minor touch up/ repair works as needed.

• Willing to be trained in the following areas: reading drawing, inspection techniques, quality methodologies, and use of inspection apparatus and testing equipment.

• Use appropriate forms transactions such as Incoming/ Outgoing Checklist, Parts Replacement Form, Torque Check Form, etc

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Sustain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Nitec in Engineering - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

• Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

• Entry level also welcome to apply.

• Possess working knowledge of inspection techniques, tools and equipment used in the inspection and testing of cable, harness, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
