1. Prepare precast shop drawings and component details for HDB projects

2. Utilize BIM software such as Revit or Tekla Structures to create detailed 3D models for precast concrete elements, including walls, beams, columns, slabs, and connections

3. Interpret architectural and structural drawings to generate accurate models and shop drawings for precast production and fabrication

4. Raise RFIs when discrepancies or inconsistencies are identified in consultant drawings

5. Coordinate with other drafters and modellers to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency

Requirements:

• Experience in Precast’s BIM modelling environment preferred, experienced in Tekla & AutoCAD software
