Our client is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team!

About Our Client

Other Information:

• Working Day: Retail Shift (Rotation Shift)

• Working Hour: 44 hours/week, more than 44 hours will be compensate with Off-in-lieu

• Working Location: Orchard

• Salary Range: $3800-$4500

What you'll be doing?

• Menu Development: Work closely with the Head Chef to create seasonal menus and daily specials that delight customers.

• Kitchen Operations: Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

• Customer Experience: Ensure food presentation and taste meet customer expectations, working with front-of-house staff during peak hours.

Who are they looking for?

• Culinary Expertise: Minimum 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities to manage kitchen workflow.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team and customers.
