Job Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare tenancy agreements, ensure timely execution of Tenancy Agreements (TA), submission of relevant forms and documentation & maintain proper documentation and filing of all lease-related records.
Coordinate with tenants to support the integration of their POS system with the mall’s GTO tracking system and provide monthly status update.
Managed GTO submissions, ensuring timely reporting, accurate records, support for turnover rent calculations and Annual Audited GTO.
Assist the leasing team with all administrative paperwork. Covering duties for reception as and when needed
Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail with handling large volumes of leasing documentation.
Meticulous to ensure administrative accuracy
Good interpersonal and communication skills
