About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive organisation within a dynamic healthcare environment. We are seeking a Paralegal or Legal Executive to be part of our Legal team on a 1-year contract.
In this role, you will support the Group across a broad range of legal and corporate governance matters, working closely with internal stakeholders across our multidisciplinary business.
Responsibilities
Legal & Contract Support
Review, draft, and prepare legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update contract templates and legal documentation for consistency and efficiency
Track and manage contract administration tasks, including monitoring key obligations and deadlines
Corporate Governance & Compliance
Maintain corporate records and documentation to support governance requirements
Assist in ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations through research and stakeholder guidance
Conduct legal and regulatory research to provide actionable insights for internal teams
Stakeholder & External Liaison
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal documentation and contractual issues effectively
Manage communications and coordinate responses with external parties on legal matters
Liaise with external legal counsel to facilitate document preparation and follow-up actions
Legal Research & General Support
Conduct legal research and summarize relevant legal issues to support decision-making
Provide day-to-day assistance to the Legal team and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
Relevant experience in legal will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills linked to legal document preparation and management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear legal correspondence
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
