Post 1) Abrasive Blasting Machine Operator

Perform Assembly & Rework of Parts, operate of machines to produce, Quality Inspection and measurement . Maintain daily production volume. Partially support on maintenance of machine and general measure of 5S, Safety and Personal cleanliness.

• Daily receiving and return of raw and finishing of parts.

• Perform general administration work like computing of part information

• Preparation of raw parts for assembly, weighing, lubrication and blasting work.

• Create and record of all process's information like Date of MFG, Return Of Parts and production volume.

• Perform Part Quality Inspection and Sample Measurement

• Perform Rework of defective parts

• Perform General Responsibilities like Routine 5S and Support Maintenance of Machine

• Any other jobs as required by the Engineer / Supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum of Secondary school education

No experience is required (Training will be provided)

Post 2) Wash Process Machine Operator

Operation and Initial troubleshooting of shield wash machine to ensure they are being operated with the correct parameters and settings. Perform first level of troubleshooting for any machine abnormalities, report machine trouble to maintenance to change machine part. Maintaining machine by changing water filter to ensure minimum machine downtime

• Maintenance, first level of troubleshooting of production machine to ensure they are in 24hrs automation operation.

• To check and record Production Monitoring System (PMS) for correct machine parameter settings.

• To report trouble issue to maintenance to solve machine troubles or change parts to prevent further downtime.

Report downtime issue to supervisor and Engineer.

• To maintain machine by changing water filter, detergent for different part of sputter machine components.

• Carry out 5s and machine cleaning regularly to keep a high level of cleanroom cleanliness.

• Any other jobs as required by the maintenance Engineer.

Requirements:

Possess knowledge in first level machine troubleshooting.

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Company Transport Pick-up: Islandwide
Quarterly Bonus: ¼ of salary
Completion Bonus: 0.5 month’s salary upon contract completion
Contract Duration: 1- year (renewable)
