Job Description:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
• Drive and exceed store sales and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain store presentation, VM, and stock standards.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
• Manage rosters, payroll, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Proven retail management experience (preferably fashion/apparel or beauty)
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sales and target-driven with a results-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for customer service and styling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong attention to detail in stock management and store presentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and public holidays as required.
