Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3500 + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop 2D drawings based on client specifications

• Prepare Design, Issued for Construction (IFC), and As-Built drawings

• Develop 3D models using Revit and ensure BIM deliverables meet project standards

• Conduct clash detection and resolve multidisciplinary coordination issues

• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

• Attend design-related meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants

• Perform calculations for pipe sizing and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects

• Conduct site inspections and take measurements as required

• Act as on-site point of contact for design information

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline

• 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D Revit drawings

• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work on office-based design tasks and site coordination
