Job Scope:

Associate (Entry level)

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging customers and recommending suitable products

• Maintain and build rapport with good relationship with customers

• Support daily store operations, including sales transactions and POS handling

• Maintain attractive store displays, cleanliness, and product presentation

• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks

• Support in-store promotions and sales campaigns

• Handle customer feedback professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience

Supervisor

• Lead and support the retail team in daily operations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

• Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure smooth store operations

• Handle team documentation and daily reports

• Conduct stock checks and inventory counts when required

• Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with store standards

Job Requirements:

• Customer-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude

• Able to engage customers, recommend products, and build good customer relationships

• Team player with good communication skills

• Responsible, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision

• Training provided for entry-level candidates
