HR Generalist / Executive (ID: 683452) - #1133873

• Manage full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, and to ensure compliance with labour laws/regulations and company policies

• Support overseas entities in HR operations & work closely with different Business Units, Line Managers and employees

• Act as main contact point of HR matters & handle employees’ queries

• Handle payroll processing and reports

• Ensure accuracy of employee records in the system and ensure compliance with MOM/legal requirements

• Assist in planning and executing employee welfare programs

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HRM or equivalent

• 3-4 years of relevant experiences in Manufacturing industry will have added advantages

• Familiar with Employment Act, local laws and regulations
