Site Project Administrator (Construction) - East/ 5 Days - #1133818

The Opportunity

• Our client, Government-affiliated Science Agency
• Working Location: East Singapore (Office-based with occasional site visits)
• Basic Salary: Up to $3,800
• Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Contract Duration: 6 months (option to extend for another 6 months)

Job Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain project files, correspondence, and document management
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, draft minutes, and track timelines
• Monitor project issues, maintain RFI/RFA logs, and ensure timely closure
• Prepare documentation for ad-hoc meetings and project activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma in construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of construction administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand and use project timeline tools (e.g., Gantt charts)
• Knowledge of construction documentation and authorities submission processes
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Possession of BCA-related certification and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) awareness is an advantage
