QC Technician - #1133769

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Performing comprehensive inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to verify compliance with established quality standards

• Conducting various tests and measurements to assess product performance, functionality, and reliability

• Identifying and documenting any quality issues or non-conformances, and collaborating with the team to implement corrective actions

• Maintaining detailed records and reports on the inspection and testing activities

• Providing feedback and recommendations to management on process improvements and quality control measures

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control policies, procedures, and industry regulations

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and best practices

• Proficiency in operating various inspection and testing equipment, such as micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report findings

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment

• Candidate is required to support overtime and available for rotating shifts.

• Relevant certifications or training in quality control, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, would be an advantage

• Candidate with Zeiss CMM experience is added advantage.
