Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the proposal team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and compliant submissions.
- Analyze RFQs and work with Business Development to define technical and commercial strategies.
- Develop and deliver competitive proposals for Mega Projects and DX solutions, showcasing company value.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, legal, and procurement teams to ensure timely proposal delivery.
- Oversee cost estimation, risk assessment, and smooth order handover to the execution team upon project award.
- Minimum 3 years of technical sales support or technical sales experience in the petrochemical industry.
- Comfortable with overseas travel as required.
