Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant / Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale security systems projects. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of proven project management experience in integrated security solutions and holds a valid PMP certification. You will manage multi-million-dollar projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution from planning to handover.

• Lead end-to-end project management of large-scale security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, command centres, integrated solutions).

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.

• Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.

• Assist in engineering system design, implementation, integration, testing and commissioning of ICT projects

• Responsible for ICT projects system installation and deployment, checkout, integration, testing and documentation to meet project milestones

• Manage vendors and internal line of business to ensure timely and quality delivery to project

• Sites coordination and supervision during project implementation according to design

• Report to Program Director and other stakeholders on project technical progress

Qualities We Value

• Knowledge in Computer Engineering / Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience, with strong exposure to large-scale security systems projects.

• PMP certification is preferred

• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar projects with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software preferred (e.g. server, firewall or network equipment configuration)

• Knowledge in implementing security systems ICT projects

• Able to work independently and as a team

• Willing to learn and shows good attitude, agile and able to handle additional roles
