About the role

Join the thriving sales team at Great Year Industries Pte Ltd as a Salesperson. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients, office is located in the Tagore Industrial Estate.

Jobscope

1. Understand and identify industry needs and new sales opportunities.

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.

3. Present company products and service offers in compelling and persuasive manner.

4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales to meet/exceed individual and company targets.

5. Providing prompt and accurate feedback on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.

6. Liaise with Production and Project departments on product/project development and quality control.

7. Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and product development.

What we're looking for

1. Experience with at least 1year, from any industry are also accepted.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.

4. Ability to work independently and with team to achieve sales and company goals.

5. Flexible in adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs.

6. Highly motivated in delivering exceptional customer service and committed to professional development.
