Our Client is a leading interior fit-out and furniture solutions provider, specializing in high-quality, custom-built interiors for commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces. They are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the role of Business Development & Marketing Executive. This is a 'hunter' position requiring an aggressive approach to securing new business.

Reports to: Managing Director

【Responsibilities】
90% SG, 10% MY
- Assist with the tender by developing tender strategies, technical submissions, and schedule, keep track of the tendering process, attending the tender site survey and tender interview, etc.
- Work closely with the QS team, distribute tenders and RFQ to the respective QS team according to the client and the team’s workload.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Maintain and update the tender and project register on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with product development, marketing, and sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders within Singapore and Malaysia.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, attending industry events,
and leveraging online platforms.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value
proposition of our products/services.
- Assist in building connections with new partners, including other company subsidiaries.
- Develop and update collaterals and publications such as brochures, and other communication platforms (e.g., presentation deck etc), publish and maintain content on online platforms (company website, social media accounts), for both internal and external audiences.
- Develop and prepare corporate merchandise as necessary.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support successful project and business development activities

【Working hours】
Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am – 12.00 pm (alternate Saturdays only, with flexibility and option to work from home)

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Candidates with lower academic qualifications who possess relevant working experience (more than 5 years) will also be considered.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the Construction / ID Industry
- Extensive experience in B2B sales in Singapore and/or Malaysia (JB)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with the English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Willingness to travel between Singapore/Malaysia (JB) when required
- Willingness to work 5.5 days (alternate Saturdays, with possibility of WFH every Saturday)

(Advantageous)
- Experience in graphic design is a plus
- Experience in tendering process is a plus
- Strong exposure to the Singapore and Malaysia (JB) market
