Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from Purchase Request to Purchase Order closure in the digital system.

• Source and evaluate suppliers, securing at least three competitive quotations for each request.

• Negotiate key commercial terms, including pricing, lead times, and payment conditions.

• Generate accurate Purchase Orders and ensure timely amendments for any rejected POs.

• Collaborate with Logistics to coordinate timely shipment and delivery of spare parts worldwide.

• Resolve discrepancies between POs, Delivery Orders, Service Reports, and supplier invoices.

• Participate in tender exercises and bulk purchases to achieve cost savings.
