Marketing Executive - #1133651

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the team to propose innovative marketing ideas and organise impactful campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and exploring new marketing channels and partnership opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce digital marketing content, including videos, infographics, and other multimedia materials.
• Propose marketing ideas, plans, and organise marketing campaigns/brand building with Sales Manager.
• Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create store traffic and sales opportunities.
• Manage marketing campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, Carousell, etc.
• Develop and create visual asset designs, videos, and images for website and social media content.
• Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to the target audience and continuously engage consumers through digital platforms.
• Plan and explore new digital/social channels and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure that all marketing communications and collaterals are up to date.
• Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Research, identify and evaluate relevant government tenders/procurements aligned with the company’s capabilities and objectives.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
• Planning and organising promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products or services to target audiences.
• Preparation of monthly marketing sales report to management to provide an overview of sales performance in both retail and dealership segments.
• Any other ad hoc projects and duties as assigned as Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to think out of the box, and enjoy coming up with creative ideas and solutions.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro/Final Cut (Mac Book), Canva, and/or other photo and video editing applications.
• Positive working attitude and strong communication skills.
• Having good knowledge / strong passion for motorcycles will be a plus point.
