Responsibilities:

• Lead the efforts to containerize the existing tech stack using tools like Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring a scalable and efficient platform.

• Collaborate with external vendors to design and implement technical solutions that align with business needs and customer requirements.

• Optimize the tech stack, ensuring it meets modern standards, improves performance, and is maintainable.

• Develop and demonstrate proof of concept (PoC) solutions for new technologies, particularly AI and cloud-based tools, to evaluate their feasibility and impact.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, track progress, and report regularly on key milestones and outcomes.

• Lead the technical upgrade efforts of the core and common tech stack, including evaluating and implementing AI integrations and other cutting-edge technologies

• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI teams, and backend developers to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features.

• Engage with customers to gather requirements and provide technical support, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related.

• 3+ years of experience in technical development, with a focus on platform refactoring, upgrades, and containerization.

• Experience in proof-of-concept development for new technologies.

• Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React for full-stack development.

• Familiarity with API management and gateway technologies.

• Experience in AI integration and working with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.

• Experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

• Strong experience with microservices architecture and related technologies (REST APIs, messaging systems like Kafka).
