Position Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

• Working Location: 5 Tuas Ave 5, Singapore 639344

What will you be doing?

The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. Warehouse Associates are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) inside and around racking systems, applying and scanning labels to endure product is properly tracked, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. This position works in a fast-paced environment, operates handheld scanning equipment, operates various Powered Industrial Trucks, follows processes and is a team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack items for inbound shipments according to order specifications.

• Ensure proper packaging and labelling to maintain product integrity during transit.

• Receive incoming shipments from freight forwarders and verify against purchase orders.

• Perform put-away of goods into designated storage locations and update inventory systems accordingly.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Use handheld devices to transact inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records.

• Execute inter-warehouse transfers and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

• Wrap, label, and prepare items for storage or shipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Follow all warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' warehousing experience

• Promotes a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation.

• Requires to wear safety boots with steel toes

• Expected to work in a non-conditioning environment

• May include voluntary or mandatory overtime
