Manager/Senior Manager, Grant Policy - #1133631

You will be part of the team which oversees the shaping and enhancing of funding programme policies and grant schemes administered by e2i. You need to understand how various government funding schemes integrate into e2i’s programmes, and how e2i’s programmes contribute towards enabling employment and employability outcomes. As a strong negotiator, you are required to balance e2i’s interests while meeting stakeholders’ objectives when managing funds and programmes. 

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills

• Meticulous, self-driven, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

• About 5 years’ experience in policy work, preferably in the Singapore public service

• Open to applicants without relevant experience but willing to learn
