Survey UAT Tester (Temp), Novena

Salary: $2,580/month
Location: Novena
Working Hours:

• Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm

• Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Contract Duration:

• 6 months contract (Starting from Mar 2026)

• 5 months contract (Starting from Apr 2026)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive CAPI User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Test digital consent and acknowledgement forms thoroughly

• Update and maintain questionnaire documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and ensure survey routing and conditional logic work correctly

• Document and report testing findings clearly

Requirements:

• Experience in UAT, preferably for survey platforms, with ability to create and execute test scenarios

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to follow complex questionnaire routing and logic

• Effective communication skills for documentation and reporting
