Product Quality Engineer - #1133542

Job Description:

• Develop and execute qualification test plans based on customer specifications and product requirements.

• Conduct design and quality reviews during development stages.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Engineering Changes (EC) and perform related qualification tests.

• Monitor and resolve issues during development, ensuring timely corrective actions.

• Liaise with customers to define new product acceptance criteria, including visual inspection standards.

• Support initial mass production with daily reviews to drive quick improvements.

• Make disposition decisions for customer shipments based on manufacturing and qualification test results.

• Coordinate manufacturing readiness and maintain the Product Quality Management Plan.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in similar role

• Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic and team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to meet deadlines and willing to perform overtime
