Finance Director (F&B, Central) - #1133527

Our client is a well-established F&B Group and are currently seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the Group’s financial strategy, governance, and performance. This is a senior leadership role partnering closely with the CEO and executive team, with responsibility for driving financial discipline, supporting expansion initiatives, and ensuring strong risk and compliance frameworks across the Group.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in line with overall business objectives, providing strong financial leadership and direction across the organisation.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, delivering insight on financial performance, opportunities, and risks to support decision-making and exceed business plan targets.
• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, ensuring timely, accurate, and consolidated financial reporting across all Group entities.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, capital requirements, and funding strategies to support ongoing operations and growth initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial risk management, internal controls, and compliance with all applicable regulations, accounting standards, and partnership agreements.
• Supervise accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, intercompany arrangements, and cross-border reporting, while managing external auditors and advisors.
• Provide commercial insight and evaluate growth opportunities, including new ventures, partnerships, and potential M&A activity.
• Drive digitisation and automation of finance processes and systems to improve efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, external partners, and key stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership positions
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategy, manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and deliver consolidated financial reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience advising CEOs and executive teams, managing audits, compliance, and financial risk.
• Experience with growth initiatives, including M&A, partnerships, capital raising, and intercompany/cross-border arrangements.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving finance transformation, process automation, ERP/BI systems, and managing high-performing teams.
