Part-Time Beauty Advisor
Location: Singapore (CBD)
Timing: 5 days/3days /week, min. 44/22 hours/week
Shift: Retail rotating shifts

REQUIREMENTS

● Minimum GCE N' level with experience of retail/customer service experience.
● Good knowledge or interest in Skincare/Cosmetics. Interest in Skincare devices will be a plus.
● Positive attitude & Customer Service Oriented.
● Comfortable using app technology and learning new skills when needed.
● Basic Microsoft Excel skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Be the Brand Ambassador, advocating FOREO and providing professional beauty advice that fits clients’ needs, and preferences, and educating customers on how FOREO's products work.
● Provide guidance on product selection and skin care advice
● Present products using interactive materials such as videos, charts, slideshows etc.
● Perform mini facials and hand demo, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
● Engage with customers discovering their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships
● Achieve the monthly targets and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
● Maintain in-stock availability and presentable condition in assigned areas
● Ensure that the visual merchandising of FOREO Brand in-store is complying to the planogram
● Maintaining and continuously seeking to improve the product knowledge, and act as an expert for the customer
● Conduct brand/product training to peers when required
● Submit weekly report with customers feedbacks and the missing opportunities
● Attend and support FOREO brand events
● Provide company's customer-centric culture to customers and colleagues
● All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
