Ace Decision Facilities Management
Manage phone calls and attend to walk-in residents
Maintaining proper records of enquiries or complaints received from residents/tenants.
Manage the booking of estate facilities such as BBQ pits, tennis courts, function room etc. in accordance to standard operating procedures/handbook/by-laws.
Support the maintenance for office facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors/contractors / building management for the repair and maintenance of office and estate equipment/facilities when required.
Establish and maintain a proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration of the estate.
Carry out regular updates of the content of the notice board(s).
Assist with the coordination of council meetings and annual general meetings as instructed by the Condominium Manager.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor / Manager
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or relevant ITE certificate
1 yr experience working in MCST environment.
Proficient in MS Office
Possess a good work attitude
Ability to work independently
Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
Able to communicate with residents
