• UP $6000 Basic + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives while leveraging in depth knowledge of various food products.

• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment of business strategies.

• Represent the company at industry events to strengthen networks and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Business or equivalent 

• Min. 5 years of Sales / Business Development Manager Experience in Food Service / FMCG / F&B Industry
