eCommerce Manager (South East Asia & ANZ) - #1133444

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to drive online growth across South East Asia (SEA) and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ). This role will be accountable for revenue generation, digital channel optimization, and the management of key marketplaces and eStores.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
GMV and overall revenue growth
Traffic and conversion rate performance
ROAS and marketing efficiency
Product availability, fulfilment accuracy, and customer experience metrics
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the eCommerce strategy for SEA and ANZ markets
Manage major marketplaces including Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon Australia, as well as brand eStores
Oversee DTC website performance, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
Lead campaign planning, promotional calendars, and joint business planning initiatives
Optimize product listings, content quality, pricing strategies, and search visibility
Manage digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO, CRM, and marketplace advertising
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting with actionable insights
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and regional teams to drive execution
Ensure consistent brand presence and high-quality content across all digital platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in eCommerce within SEA and/or ANZ markets
Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, DTC operations, and digital marketing channels
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Power BI
Excellent commercial, analytical, and communication skills
