Technician (facilities management) - #1133432

• Facilities Management and building services

• Supervise OEM and non-OEM vendors for building installations, fixtures and ACMV

• Hands-on in basic electrical wiring, changing light bulbs, plumbing, painting and general building services

• Has basic computer skills

• Willing and able to work rotating shifts according to duty roster: 6.30am – 4.30pm (morning); 8.00am - 5.30pm (normal); and 4.30pm – 2am (night)

Note: times are indicative and subject to change

• Workplace located at 1 Seletar Aerospace Crescent within Seletar Aerospace Park

• Preferably lives near North-East like Punggol and Sengkang

• Preferably has own transport

• 6 days off per month where day off may not be on a weekend so may need to work on Saturday and/or Sunday depending on duty roster

• Allowance and transport after work will be provided for night shift

• Works co-operatively with other technicians to complete assigned tasks responsibly

• Positive work attitude and willing to learn

• Punctual in reporting to work

• Advantage if you have Electrical Engineering or LEW qualification
